Best Video Solution Awards by its Custom Division and Best Game Solution by The Game Agency Division

AMERICAN FORK, Utah—Learning solutions leader eLearning Brothers announces winning two DevLearn DemoFest 2021 awards, which represent the quality of work by its custom course development division and its gaming division—The Game Agency, which was acquired earlier this year. The first award, Best Video Solution for “The Magic of Twitch” by the eLearning Brothers custom content division, is a learning experience targeted to potential advertisers and is integrated with the Twitch platform for Amazon. The second award for Best Game Solution is for Middle School Financial Education Modules developed by The Game Agency division of eLearning Brothers.

More than 13,000 middle schools and 2 million students have used the gamified Financial Education modules so far. A University of Massachusetts Donahue Institute (UMDI) study found that 90% of students who took this course saw a significant increase in financial knowledge. In addition, 50% of the students saw an increase in the scores on their assessments by more than 20 points from the beginning of the course to completion.

The “Magic of Twitch" was rolled out in 2020, several months into the global pandemic lockdowns. Given their unique streaming platform, Twitch experienced explosive growth during this time—growing from 3.6M streamers in 2019 to 6.9M in 2020 and 9M in 2021. Advertisers, the target learning audience for the course eLearning Brothers developed, more than doubled their investments in Twitch from $310M in 2019 to $750M in 2020.
