The Rockstar Learning Model is a new learning microlearning model that we’re using to build our off-the-shelf training. It’s short n’ sweet, fresh and effective—because that’s what your learners want. Your workers will appreciate these quick, bite-sized modules, and you’ll appreciate their increased efficiency and productivity.
Microlearning benefits:
- Targeted
- Engaging
- Mobile-Responsive
- Immediate Results
Each microlearning course in the Rockstar Learning Model is mobile-responsive, 508 compliant, and presented in three steps: Learn, Rehearse, and Perform.

The Rockstar Learning Model: Step 3 - PERFORM
Reflect on your learning experience. Create a personal Performance Plan to put your learning to work!
In this step, your learners must actively engage with the content and think critically about what they just learned and rehearsed. It’s the final information retrieval that seals the deal.
The Perform step is also a personal commitment by your learners to truly use the learning in their day to day roles.

Workplace Safety
In partnership with safety expert Troy Hackworth of SafeWorkday, we’ve developed comprehensive safety courses to help you meet your OSHA training requirements.
More than 100 of OSHA’s current standards contain requirements for training and make recommendations on subjects workers need to know. Remember, worker training required by OSHA standards must be presented in a a language and with vocabulary employees can understand.
Our Workplace Safety courses will help your workers avoid injury, prevent accidents, and maintain a safe workplace.
Cybersecurity Awareness *coming soon*
The World Economic Forum’s (WEF) Global Risk Report 2019 has rated cyber attacks among the top 4 global risks, only behind climate change, extreme weather events, and natural disasters.
Training can’t prevent extreme weather or natural disasters, but it can help prevent cyber attacks from costing you time and money.
Our cybersecurity courses will show your workers how to guard against phishing attacks, understand data privacy guidelines, manage passwords, and take essential security measures for today’s digital world.
