Noronha and Sisneros each bring over fifteen years of learning strategy and design experience to ELB Learning. Both industry veterans previously led prominent divisions for organizations such as Google and LinkedIn. Before that, Noronha served as Director of Learning and Development for Canada-based companies Jumbleberry and Marketwired.
