Green eLearning Assets for Saint Patrick’s Day by [Stephanie Ivec](https://blog.elblearning.com/author/stephanie-ivec) | Mar 17, 2021 Okay, I’m going to say it.  “Saint Patrick’s Day will look a little different this year.” Raise your hand if you’re sick of hearing “_____ will look a little different this year.”  Same here. ## But the good news is, you can still sport your green virtually, even if you’re not headed out to a parade or an Irish restaurant to celebrate. ### Delivering an eLearning course or virtual presentation? Download Shamrock eLearning template for [Adobe Captivate](https://library.elearningbrothers.com/product/9799497-Shamrock-Course-Starter-Captivate), [Articulate Storyline](https://library.elearningbrothers.com/product/9745228-Shamrock-Style-Course-Starter), or [Lectora](https://library.elearningbrothers.com/search?library=LectoraTemplateLibrary&sortBy=newest&advanced=eyI1YzJlMzQ5Njg5NTM4ZjFjMjE0NmE4OGMiOiI1YzJlMzQ5Njg5NTM4ZjFjMjE0NmE4OGMiLCI1Yzc0NjRlMjg5NTM4ZjM3OTI0YmExMjYiOiI1Yzc0NjRlMjg5NTM4ZjM3OTI0YmExMjYifQ%3D%3D) or get the same verdant green template for Microsoft PowerPoint. ![shamrock elearning template green irish](https://blog.elblearning.com/hs-fs/hubfs/shamrock%20elearning%20template%20green%20irish.png?width=300&name=shamrock%20elearning%20template%20green%20irish.png) (Think a template named “Shamrock” is a little *too* on the nose? I also like this one called “[Gecko](https://library.elearningbrothers.com/product/10415158-Gecko-Course-Starter-Lectora),” which is a fun pop of neon green against black.) ![gecko elearning template green and black](https://blog.elblearning.com/hs-fs/hubfs/gecko%20elearning%20template%20green%20and%20black.png?width=300&name=gecko%20elearning%20template%20green%20and%20black.png)   ### Become a leprechaun for the day. Just for kicks, I might change my profile picture to one of these [leprechaun stock photos](https://library.elearningbrothers.com/search?library=ImageFiles&sortBy=bestMatch&query=leprechaun) for the day. If I use [this stock photo](https://library.elearningbrothers.com/stock/product/178585738) of a leprechaun holding a clover in front of his or her face, no one will know it’s not me, right? As an added bonus, I can then refuse to turn my webcam on in any meetings. Everyone knows leprechauns aren’t that technologically advanced. We also have plenty of [red-headed cutout characters](https://library.elearningbrothers.com/search?library=CutoutPeopleLibrary&sortBy=newest&exclude=audio&query=red+hair&grouping=1) in both photo-realistic and illustrated styles. | ![stock photo of a leprechaun hiding behind a giant clover](https://blog.elblearning.com/hs-fs/hubfs/stock%20photo%20of%20a%20leprechaun%20hiding%20behind%20a%20giant%20clover.png?width=200&name=stock%20photo%20of%20a%20leprechaun%20hiding%20behind%20a%20giant%20clover.png) | ![leprechaun stock photo wearing shamrock glasses](https://blog.elblearning.com/hs-fs/hubfs/leprechaun%20stock%20photo%20wearing%20shamrock%20glasses.png?width=200&name=leprechaun%20stock%20photo%20wearing%20shamrock%20glasses.png) | | --- | --- | ### Take a trip to Ireland with a Zoom background from the Emerald Isle. Perhaps you want to take all your calls from the famous [Cliffs of Moher](https://library.elearningbrothers.com/stock/product/300121954), in front of a [medieval castle](https://library.elearningbrothers.com/stock/product/78860766), or against the backdrop of [rolling hills, stone walls, and adorable cottages](https://library.elearningbrothers.com/stock/product/68093651). I might use a different one for each video call I have on Saint Patrick’s day! ![cliffs of moher stock photo background](https://blog.elblearning.com/hs-fs/hubfs/cliffs%20of%20moher%20stock%20photo%20background.png?width=544&name=cliffs%20of%20moher%20stock%20photo%20background.png) If you're the unlucky host and not just an attendee of a virtual meeting on Saint Patrick's day, might I suggest these [10 virtual meeting engagement tips](https://blog.elblearning.com/10-ways-make-virtual-meeting-more-grand-slam-less-slow-jam) to keep your attendees interested? I think a Saint Patrick's Day theme is just what tip #2 (Make a Theme) needs. Everyone must wear green! Speak in an Irish accent whenever it's your turn to present. Mail each member of your team a potato ahead of time! (This is a real thing, see [Anonymous Potato](https://www.anonymouspotato.com), [Potato Parcel](https://potatoparcel.com), and [Mail a Spud](https://www.mailaspud.com) if you don't believe me.) There are so many ways to have a little virtual fun on Saint Patrick's day, whether it's through your eLearning courses or your Zoom meetings. I hope the luck of the Irish is with all of you today!
