But, with so many different learning management systems on the market, how do you find the right one to bring your training content to your people? ## There are certain features you should look for in any LMS you are considering. ### **Is it easy to use?** One of the biggest complaints about learning management systems is that they’re not user-friendly. Schedule a demo before you commit to any LMS so you can see what you’ll be working with—from the learner side and the admin side. ### **Can you deliver interactive learning?** What kind of learning activities does the LMS track and report on? This makes for easy setup, scalability, and instant product updates. ### **Does it support single sign on?** Single sign on provides seamless integration between your platform and learning environment, eliminating a need for user login. ### **How many users and admins can you have?** You may want to assign secure administrative privileges to multiple departments or organizations to effectively manage content and report learner data. ### **Can you customize it?** Customizing your LMS with your brand colors and logos helps you establish a learning platform that conveys your brand and delivers a unique learning experience for all your employees. ### **Can you have your own domain name?** When you can white label the domain, it allows you to direct learners to the URL of your choice. Custom domains provide a unique branding opportunity to reinforce your company brand. There are many, many more great features that a learning management system can offer to help you deliver, track, and analyze your training program.
