Craig Weiss developed this [program](https://elearninfo247.com/2021/05/05/customer-excellence-pledge/) to identify learning system vendors who promise to provide elite customer service and support, *beyond* just telling their prospects and customers they do. Any vendor who signs the Customer Excellence Pledge must adhere to a set of statements detailing the level of support expected—with checkpoints to validate the ongoing level of elite support. There are four key statements, plus an additional two validation checks. ### As a learning platform provider who has signed the Customer Excellence Pledge, we are promising to: 1. Provide exceptional customer support and service. 2. Maintain high ethical standards in sales, service, and business.  3. Take care of your needs and assistance in a timely fashion—this includes minimum response times. 4. Provide you with a dedicated customer support/service member or team.
