eLearning Brothers is developing new templates for Camtasia 2019 that we’re excited to release soon. Webinar attendees got a sneak peek of the latest one, called Borderline, in Andrew’s demonstrations as he shared tips on managing libraries in Camtasia 2019.
Suppose you’ve created a cool intro or lower third design that you want to save for future repeated use or share with your coworkers so everyone can use it, maintaining consistency in your organization’s videos.
To do this, first save it to your library. Libraries are a great way to keep your files organized by project or brand. The library feature is available in Camtasia 9, 2018, and 2019. Version 9 doesn’t have quite all the extra library features that 2018 and 2019 have.
In the left ribbon, you’ll see a Library option. Select this and create a new library. Name your new library. Now, you can select the files you want to add, right-click, and select Add to Library.
Now your file can be accessed any time you’re in Camtasia, no matter what project you’re working on.
The next step is to export your project files as a library object file and share them with your coworkers. Andrew demonstrates this in the webinar—watch the recording below to see how he does it.
